In have a feeling much of reddits recent changes are to try to appeal to other ais as a cleaner source of data now that its “properly” being auto modded. Iirc reddit lost the Google contract it has for ai training data so they probably want to clean it up now. I also want to remind everyone that was the reason you couldn’t use third party reddit apps after that point.

Like a year ago now almost facebook was going through a similar issue with mass bannings and I remembered there was talk about a lawsuit. A lot of boomers got offended the ai banned their facebook account when the ai flagged family photos as csam and thought it was a legal threat. It was a really large number of people and their subreddit was normally dead was constantly active with non stop complaints.

I don’t known much about other social medias but I know once tiktok got bought out by Israeli interest it also got the same treatment and you can’t meantion Gaza or Israel at all. The whole issue with tiktok was Republicans accuse them of brainwashing kids with trends like tide pod challenge to make them stupid, while their native version in China only promoted education and self improvement for their children. It was also some how a security risk because facebook could not just buy them out like they did with Instagram I guess. Basicially palantir wasn’t getting its fair share of data, and too much info that’s bad for business can exist on it.

That along with the required photo IDs getting forced globally, socialist revolutions happening every where I feel as if its pretty clear that we are not going to be allowed free speech or freedom of information. Its not even that far fetched anymore private equity owns hundreds of top YouTube networks/channels now, and if they’re not owned by old media all the other podcasts and whatever are literally limited hangouts, or the host just brings on CIA assets and grifters and let’s them brainwash people into scams.

That’s why they want to change the name to data campuses.

Even with all their ai slop machines, Israeli back ai search optimization websites they can’t wrote enough fake news and AstroTurf on reddit enough to beat out the natural flow of information.

So they are going to try to switch to “super intelligence” or “data campus” so that their fake news outlets/web outlets they own can directly profit off the new wave of slopaganda.

This is oversimplified but ai is essentially just a predictive text model. If the 90% of the internet says ai data centers are bad, statistically the ai is heavily going to repeat those sentences it was trained on. This doesn’t make it right or wrong, we only like halicunations when they say something we agree with. Never can an ai present something as a fact, just by the nature of ai its always a hallucination.

So if we suddenly start telling everyone to call it super intillegence, and data campus and only all the major news outlets and Israeli ai astro turfing bots, and web articles go along with it then then only news about it will be positive. They suddenly own the narrative, and when dumb dumb investors go to google “super intelligence” they can no longer see the obvious public outrage that is actually hurting them.

They are resorting to bribing individuals to get data centers installed. We are applying pressure we just can never give up the fight, never stop calling it slop. Because your words to hit the bottom line.

You matter, you voice your vote your opinions matter and it hurts them now that more of the world is starting to collectively revolt around the epstine class.

Its more we have ruined the word so badly that they can’t out write articles with ai to force their stocks to go up.

Essentially much of the internet is slop websites endlessly manipulating the market for their private equity owners. Its all about just manipulating the internet so that their ai based investing system that scowers the internet to try to predict the market will just absorb all this stuff and keep the whole illusion going.

Big trend now is ai search optimization which instead of seo. Which is literally just astro turfing on social media, comments, clip farmers, article farms, etc. So while we are all complaining about data centers, they switch the wording to compute campuses while spinning up their propaganda with their new keywords. No real person will call them compute campuses and the only people that do are creating the primary patterns that ai will absorb. So when someone searches compute campus it will he fresh and only full of Israeli made propaganda and bot nets. All that noise and complaints from the peasants won’t make it to investors who are also a lot more incompetent then I always imagined and will just use ai to summarize their “investments on compute campuses”

This is kind of under explaining it, but ai is basically predictive text. If you type the sentence ai data centers are bad a million times the statistics are weighted really heavily towards that sentence. It doesn’t make that sentence true, its just if you where to start typing out any words related to that you’re more likely to see bad info about data centers.

If we used a fresh word that has never really been used then start a propaganda machine that over trains the model to only speak good things about data campuses then we have the exact same problem, its just now the ai doesn’t support our world view so suddenly its viewed as a hallucination.

Need a new device. If they’re really serious about it they might start requiring you to loging through google/iPhone which require phone numbers to register.

But you should be able just to use a different nontainted phone and sign up just fine. I’ve done it on my pi and an extra phone through vpns and seemed to work. This hasn’t been recently but I got banned maybe 6 months ago and made a few burners.

You could maybe try a virtual machine too, just never log back in on your primary phone.

2026 has kinda fucked up their brains and they sometimes confuse nationalism with socialism. They still love nationalism so you just work off of that. Once they learn its socalism after they already agreed to it’s already in their head as a good idea and have a harder time walking away from it. If there’s one thing they are bad at its self reflection and admitting they are wrong, so just get that brain worm in there.

If you say you’re making a workers party already you lost majority of the country. If instead you just say we are fixing the country and kicking out Israel and giving the money back to Americans for an american first country, then you got a lot of confused conservatives on your side who are bitter. I’ve unironically heard conservatives say they’ll vote for aoc to “punish” their own party. So things are weird right now and potentially in a advantageous way.

The same people that are desperately defending ai on every turn desperately need it to work because they have taken full bait on the scam. They probably bought some 10k course from the PDB podcast or something like that on “how to get rich quick with ai for dummies” and then wasted 7.5k in tokens to make a web wrapper that sends all user input to Claude and does literally nothing. All their retirements are getting fucked by ai and they probably dumped all their personal savings into ai stocks. Literally the whole american economy is held up by a scam and instead of looking at death in the eye people rather claim ignorance and get mad and upset when you point out the truth.

I rapidly flip between “everyone is just misguided and have been intentionally deprived of good information”, and “oh god the stupid people are running the planet, they are lesser beings who only prevent progress.” And that usually just depends on my mood.

I just don’t understand how practically every business in recent times has operated on this model, and its not just obvious to everyone that this is the new scam to siphon money out of you instead of a real grass roots business that has actual real proven thing.

I think we can realistically live in a happy medium with modern goodies. I do like apsects of analog and prefer it in many applications over digital. And its hard to say that in general because the first place my mind goes to is sensors for pi/esps, and your first thought is older analog tech. Analog sensors just seem more straight forward and it feels better to know you can just do shit without a computer in the way sometimes.

Like we sent people to the moon on kilobites of data, yet Microsoft windows needs 16 gigs of ram as a min req so copiolt can take screen shots every 30 seconds. Analog components just work on their own, require less power, and can just become its own system without a whole digital computer. Maybe instead of wifi bases lights and a whole home assistant server you just get a old fassion photoresistor and some clap sensors.

Its really as simple as just buying things that don’t need access to the internet or some dumb app just because the product costs less. I think in theory we could exist in a world where there’s a better happy medium where every devices doesn’t have to also be a android smart phone so that it can also spy on you and sell your data to ai and government.

But also at the same time I am stubborn enough where I will drag us down into the dark ages if it meant if the offer magically was presented to me. If you put two buttons infront of me I would press the dark ages button so fast.

These corporations give these ai companies their data too. Many of them pretend to protect sensative data but we all know that’s not true.

So it certainly doesn’t make you look trust worthy when you ask a company to hook your ai up to their entire data base, then suddenly a million little clones are made by individuals using the same ai program you run.

Was bound to happen eventually. They’re going to try to make open models illegal now.

My opinions are that its fine to make llm projects that threaten corporations who rely on saas. Doesn’t mean im going to use them or that they’re any good, but I want to see these companies who are firing all their employees and throwing all their money at ai to get scourned. Will build more distrust between the corpos too.

And just to be clear its okay when they steal literally the entire world’s knowledge base. But as soon as adobe and Microsoft see a 2% drop in profit all the sudden everyone’s a terrorist, or its the worst thing to happen ever. I hate ai but I’ll root for my enemy when he’s destroying one of my original enemies, can’t wait for these companies to burn. Become a old car enthusiasts. Mid 2000’s to 2013 was probably some of the best years in vehicles.

Going to save yourself a arm and a leg too fixing it yourself. Cost like 4 grand to get a electric windshield motor replaced these days on a modern car, when it should cost 50 dollars and a long afternoon for what should be a quick fix.

Only downside is you better have multiple cars. I’ve had to leave mine on the jacks for a day because I couldnt reach a bolt/nut or needed to get a different part because I broke a sensor. If you’re an idiot like me working off YouTube guides and Googling forum posts from nearly 20 years ago then you can’t start betting on your ability to finish the job on time.

At the end though you can feel proud and confident that you can fix it again next time. I haven’t gotten into anything too serious yet but i’ve replaced all the rubbers, changed all the fluids, done the cat converter, replaced all sensors, spark plugs, breaks, break pads, etc. Most I’ve spent on any given part was 600 for the 3 part cat converter. All the breaks where up there too but I did it in pairs. YouTube has everything you need, and I surprise myself given how dumb I am. Also helps to have a friend to ping things off of, especially if they have a car lift. The car lift changes everything and abuse that privledge as much as you can.
