If you ever have to deal with a bunch of writing, a €25 pair of good “automatic wire strippers” just make life that much easier.
Also just keeping 3 pencils and 2 permanent markers in every tool kit has saved me countless hours of searching.
A good box cutter and replacement Blades save similar amounts of headaches, and a good head lamp with a replaceable 18650 li-ion battery too.
Really appreciate both responses, thank you and have a great day! :)
Get some help big dawg! Life is dope and people are too 😎
Thanks for the write up, really appreciate it :) Looking further I agree e-ink was a misplaced idea…
I’d like to reduce the number of potential fire points for this, so I’d look too spend $30 extra to have non battery powered devices if possible, but we’ll see.
Which rpi and screen if I may ask?
Thanks! Can I ask briefly what can’t be done with it?
How do you manage battery bloat?
Yeah definitely a case by case situation of usefulness
Thanks for the comment! I did not have ESP32 on my radar at all until now.
I’m seeing a lot of AI slop articles on the HA forums, can you recommend any resources on the protocol, it’s control and anything to watch out for?
To be fair, “grown up” could be 19 or 95 :) so keep trying!
It must also stave of a rise of the far right to avoid turning straight back into a vassal state of whatever the fuck is going on over the pond.
As annoying as this is, I agree. It’s a case of automate better or add a confirmation layer to the download decision.
The reason I don’t auto-DL anything yet is cos I’m too lazy to spend hours making sure it’s setup correctly.
I feel this may also be a thing dependant on egg quality. I grew up on eggs from well-fed, backyard chickens and the strength of their shell was high compared to most store bought ones (bar a few organic farms).
I cracked store bought on the bowl and ended up fishing shells out of the mix for a few months after that before I switched.
Straight from the can into my eyebrows
Really nice to see how my setup compares to a standard. Thanks for setting this up, looking forward to the results :)
Movement. Getting warm from moving myself helps me infinitely. Falling motivation for that, give a sauna a go.
