Which have also gone up in price.
That said, the Pi was only really worth it at toy prices. By the time you added a reliable power supply and case, even they were pushing £100.

I can’t see how it wouldn’t be. I mean, there’s unlikely to be a built-in UI to see them as they come in, but a computer owner that knows what they’re doing could certainly see it.

The book came out very shortly after he lost an election to a left wing plumber.
There’s a reason people call him MattGPT. The whole party seems to have spent all their dodgy donations on AI slop subscriptions.

I’m not talking about a bakery. They’re even more expensive, and even less convenient since most of them close just after lunch. I’m taking about a corner shop. Think Kwik-e-mart on The Simpsons. Apu sure as shit wasn’t baking his own bread.

Define “convenience pricing”.
Convenience has always come at a price. Your local corner shop will likely stock bread and milk, and it will be a lot more expensive than it is at the massive supermarket a mile or two away.

My bank has nice plush offices I can burn to the ground if they steal it.
Meanwhile the shop owner is thinking they can charge a few bucks to generate slop and print it for you…

Nature is healing.

Their worst day so far.

I for one look forward to the humorous Adam McKay movie explaining how we all lost all our pensions over this.

It is a matter of when, not if. They don’t need him any more, as he’s not allowed to run again. I figure they’re only hesitant in case they can rig a third term somehow, otherwise it’s only a matter of time before they leave a stray rollerskate at the top of the stairs and let nature take its course.
New Chrome? Well Cyberpunk made it seem fun, but in reality you’d get so many ads…

Yeah, but the librarian won’t know which anime you’ve cranked it to.

Why assume the Firestick isn’t doing spying of its own?

JavaScript should never have been used
that wayto begin with.

I do wonder how some of these companies intend to actually make money with it.
Anthropic, fair enough, they’ve convinced companies to spend huge amount of money making sure that programmers can’t remember anything or know what that mass of spaghetti does any more.
And MS, presumably it’s all companies spending money on Office 365 Copilot so emails get put in automated holding patterns, and quarterly reports get flashier graphs.
Nvidia, they sell shovels.
But Meta? Their entire business model is scraping data from real people, packaging and selling it to far right politicians and scammers. I’m struggling to figure how AI does anything other than fuck that up.

They’re all like this as well. “Look how smart we are, making lots more money by starting with lots of money getting very lucky”.
It would be like a roomful of lottery winners sitting around sipping brandy, and musing about how they’re better number pickers than anyone else, and sharing tip on picking out random digits…

Oh well, I’m sure nobody will miss Michigan.
Is this in response to that new “reverse engineer anything” tool from the people that reverse engineered the Adobe suite?
