I have no clue what you’re trying to ask
There is always a well-known solution to every human problem - neat, plausible, and wrong.
H. L. Mencken

It’s not a shadow ban. Post/comment visibility is just highly restricted for new accounts. No one simply tells you that. You comment normally but nobody can see those comments. It’s to counter spam.

I fail to see what is so injust about it. Loan, by definition, is something you’re expected to pay back. If someone borrows you their car you return it with a full tank. If someone borrows you money you pay back with interests. Seems fair to me.

I’d pay it back immediately. The interests for something like that are in the tens of thousands.

You’re hard pressed to find a more vindictive audience than what we’ve got here. Everyone’s on a constant hunt for something to disagree about or to maybe spot a small crack that lets the actual motives shine through and when they spot something they point it out viciously. Can’t just politely disagree with anyone let alone try and have a constructive conversation about how much we actually disagree about. No, they used AI and thus this person gets written off completely and called an asshole and fascist for it.
This makes even less sense when you consider the fact that usually the underlying reasons are political. To win in politics, all you need is numbers. That’s it. So why the fuck is everyone constantly put through this Navy SEALs hell week level of scrutiny. Nobody is ever good enough. Sometimes makes it feel like some simply want to lose just so that they can keep complaining how everything is the fault of someone else.

No one is stopping me from becoming a different person if I wanted to so the fact that I’m not taking dramatic steps to change indicates that I’m probably roughly where I want to be.
I do admire people like Andrew Camarata for their work ethic, but again - nothing is stopping me from doing the same, yet I don’t, so maybe I just want the results, not what it actually takes to get there.
My role model is Snufkin character from the Moomin cartoon/anime. A quiet, humble, independent professional.

Nobody needs X is a moot point. You also don’t need the vast majority of your possessions. Some things are simply nice to have, especially when you can afford them. There are just things that you don’t like other people having.
Also, the chance of you dying on a place crash either as a passenger or a person on the ground is astronomically small. 104 people died in a car crash yesterday in the US alone and this is true for every single day of the year.

There is no single right answer to that as nobody knows what the actual outcome of it would be.
Best case scenario is that AI (and advanced robots) do everything you don’t want to do and you can focus on the other things. It would cancel the need for human labour and theoretically has the capability to answer all questions and solve all problems that there is a solution to.
In the worst case it either destroys us entirely or worse, creates a hell for us to live in.
An every imaginable scenario in between.
Make me.
It wasn’t a summary of this thread. I gave it the title and the platform and asked it to come up with the most predictable responses. It never saw what was already written here. Also, I’m paying 30 euros a month to use said AI.
I gave it no link to this thread. Only the title and the platform and asked it to predict the most likely responses.
It’s not a summary of this thread. I gave it the title and the platform in question and asked it to make an educated guess on what the responses here are going to be like.
It produced response one way or another. Is there something wrong with it content-wise? Because even in the case of it being a direct quote taken from somewhere else, it would only further make my point: this place being a caricature of itself to the point that articles are being written about it.

Yes, not even the worst people you can imagine. I don’t believe in free will so I don’t view these people as ultimately responsible for what they are. They could not be have acted otherwise and any kind of punishment carries the implicit assumption that they could have but actively choose not to.
If someone intentionally causes immense suffering to others and is unable to stop that behaviour then I think these people should be locked away. Not as a punishment but to defend the innocent. If a bear wanders into a neighbourhood and mauls a person, we shoot the bear but not out of retribution. If we could tell it to go back to the forest and stay there, and it did, then it wouldn’t make much sense to follow it there and make it suffer to even things out, would it?

The premise falsely (in my view) assumes there are people who deserve to suffer.
Limit exposure to the paralyzing firehose of information and focus on my immediate surroundings and things I actually have some control over. There are multiple things I can do today that make my tomorrow better.
Do you know what fun is?
On a theoretical level yes, but due to how my mind works I tend to find joy in things other people don’t, and vice versa not find it in things other people do.
Nah, it’s not me you’re not liking - you don’t even know me. You just don’t like what I’m saying and I’m perfectly okay with that.
You only know it’s an LLM because I told you so. The content itself is in perfect alignment with the rest of the comments here. Just highlights how unsurprising and predictable the responses here actually are. I could’ve picked any of those and posted it here, without mentioning the source, and I would’ve been showered with upvotes. This isn’t a difficult game to play which is why I’m not even playing.
No. GTA probably at some point but considering I haven’t even finished the story mode on GTAV, it’ll probably take a while. I’m not much of a gamer anymore anyway.
