Is it to much to work through during regular work? Is it not planned for and consequently results in additional work?

“…Employees worked at a faster pace, took on a broader scope of tasks, and extended work into more hours of the day, often without being asked to do so,” the researchers wrote.
How is “faster” measured? What is faster?
Pace doesn’t say much about completion, total, quality, or repeated or thrown away work.

Are people still invested to that degree? I’m surprised they don’t reject significantly or long term more work and let management feel consequences.

LLM help at my job too but only if the employee has the knowledge to correct the issues.
My problem colleague is the major beneficiary of our AI. I’m sure it makes them even worse, quality and quantity.
Worst part is we employed them as a supposedly already experienced dev. He’s way worse than all juniors I onboarded, guided, and who improved.

My colleague: I created an AI skill for the review.

If you can close it, then that’s old enough.

Later in the X thread, Nomad acknowledged that the UniFi had not reported an actual 1TB upload, so he concluded it was mostly local junk data.
So not upload. Sounds like it could be local network tracking as has been demonstrated with LG TVs, repeatedly and continuously querying local network for information. I guess maybe with a bug in there if it’s that much data. Still, unclear what happened there and whether or what degree it was a bug.

Ist doch gut dass Politik noch so weit offen und erblich ist. Muss man ja wissen für was sie stehen bevor man wählt. Besser sie outen sich direkt als demokratie- und verfassungsfeindlich.

Which sovereign countries, do you think, would have implemented something like the GDPR if the EU Parliament did not exist?
Assuming you see the GDPR - the right to control personal information - as a good thing, as I do.

Pretty much only Lemmy. I like and prefer the form of post which can be media or weblink with description or just text and text is unlimited, with threaded comments for discussions and comments, and thematic categorization (in communities).
Occasionally, I open https://loops.video/ or some other random platform. That’s nothin regular, though.
I have accounts on multiple instances, which is another layer of thematic separation. Community spread and content duplication is a downside, but also a technical consequence of the design.

Are you sure you’re not mixing up different people with different opinions with opinion changes of some people?
