I downloaded the config files for openvpn udp, tcp, and wireguard udp and for some reason actually used the tcp one instead of just having it around as a backup. AirVPN even says only to use it as a backup if UDP is causing issues on the config generator page. Entirely an unforced user error.

Specific the tcp config. Tcp adds an extra handshake for every transaction, so I was getting like 2.5 Mbps.

Been using AirVPN. Just make sure you use the wireguard config, not the tcp openvpn (not sure about the udp openvpn, but people seem to recommend the wireguard option and I accidentally used the tcp openvpn config at first).

Pretty sure some university police are state troopers, so it makes sense they’re have jurisdiction within the campus, but no clue how that would work with private universities.
