No, but he’s up for re-election in 2028. I do think a primary of him has a real chance given even many house dems are quite pissed at him

Fuck AI@lemmy.world•Is this the recursive self improvement I keep hearing about? {On Claude designing a data center}
12·15 days agoIMO quality is the worst place to focus AI critique because plenty of issues will get worse the better the models get. Don’t assume it will necessarily stay like this forever. They are perfectly ready to pay a lot less people the second it gets to “technically works but is flawed” for a task, as they have been for an increasing number of jobs

22·18 days agoThe full article isn’t very long like a handful of paragraphs. TL;DR they lost $72 billion in Q3 despite revenue going up a lot. Same year same quarter was just $13 billion in net loss

6·18 days agoImage search results are getting flooded with AI generated images. Even using filters to block domains with known AI-generated images still has a lot leak into it. There’s a good chance you’ll just be asking the models to use AI-gen images as a reference by doing that

4·18 days agoIt’s a little bit more specific than that, prompt rewriting is a step they added intentionally to remap prompts. So not exactly trained to make them less about reality, but actually changes your prompt to the image generator to be less about reality
Sheng found an explanation deep within the technical documentation for DALL-E 3, OpenAI’s text-to-image AI model for ChatGPT: An internal language model rewrites or expands user prompts to add more details before images are generated.
To be clear, I didn’t mean getting involved to only mean protesting. Things like worker strikes and the like were very much included
The future is changeable as more people get involved to change it

He’ll very likely be voted leader, baring him like pulling a Haley Stevens or something similarly insane (which he’s likely smart enough to not do)
Maybe he could be kicked out from leadership if he pulls something like what he did with the government shutdown though
