My first reaction was: “Hey, what the fuck?”
And then I realized this is really just a slight escalation of federal US powers assigned to a person who usually wouldn’t have them.
Think of the “No fly” lists. No court, no evidence, no appeal. So really just his usual practicing running a little fascist experiment down there in prep for his expectation of doing the same federally while president.
USA is not a democracy, it’s a shitshow plagiarizing democracy.
